Jeffrey is an accomplished leader with 35 years of experience overseeing the successful development, construction, operation and maintenance of public and P3 projects, including toll roads and managed lanes. He leads the Mobility Authority’s program to develop and implement new mobility and tolling innovations. Over the course of his career he delivered more than $20 billion in infrastructure improvements and has a track record of on time and within budget delivery. He is a licensed professional engineer in eight states and recipient of numerous industry awards.
