Jeff is a Senior Advisor to Mayor, Commissioners. and County Administration in a LEED Gold Certified County and Smart Cities Readiness Challenge Winner. He collaborates county-wide across 1,000 square miles, 17 internal departments with 8,000 employees to implement a vision of community resilience and sustainability. He manages implementation of the Sustainable Operations and Resilience Action Plan as well as the Community Wide Plan. He coordinates projects, programs, and public policy to achieve measurable progress towards science based climate targets, including Energy & Climate Action, Buildings & Infrastructure, Water, Mobility, Transportation, Materials Management, and Natural Lands. Lastly, he manages and coordinates social services projects, grants, and funding with 13 cities and towns, transit agencies, utilities, and 74 million tourists annually.
