As a Technology R&D and Innovation Leader, Jason has owned an R&D Company for 16 years and sold it in 2016 consisting of over 200 employees. He brings more than 15 years of progressive experience as an Engineer, Director of Product and Sales Engineering, Technology Practice Executive, and Chief Technology Officer. Jason’s role as CTO was working in partnership with his team of 75 engineers, software developers, and architects solving complex mission challenges for Navy, Army, Intel agencies and civilian agencies such as DOE, FTC, IRS, and USDA. Example solutions included full stack COTS and custom development for grants management, nuclear intelligence, maritime intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance, and business process and rules solution for customer tax filing. Jason also holds more than 10 global patents in IoT, data collection, and energy management. Just before coming to WWT, Jason was the head of R&D for Noblis focused on advancing the art of the possible for AI/ML (including NLP, DL, GANs), human-machine teaming, big data analytics, and full stack software development utilizing SAFe and other agile development methodologies for large federal agencies.
