Jan is Vice President, Electrical and Instrumentation for BASF and is based in Ludwigshaven, Germany. Jan has been with BASF since 2009, previously serving as an engineering leader in Germany and site manager for BASF in Poland. Before joining BASF, Jan held management and engineering leadership roles at Merck in Darmstadt, Germany. He holds a BS in Engineering from the Technical University of Dresden and an MBA from the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business.
