llse is currently the Transformation Director at RCL FOODS, a role that is focused on growing and transforming One RCL FOODS. She has extensive experience in the plan, source, make and deliver areas of the supply chain in FMCG and food manufacturing. Her earlier career includes service with Unilever, Famous Brands, Accenture and Fairfield Dairy, where she was the MD. She was the Supply Chain Director at Vector Logistics before moving into her current role. In this role, she has led the implementation of several system initiatives which also brought structural and cultural alignment to the diverse business units.
