Henrik joined Ericsson in 2009 and currently serves as Head of Production, NPI, and EMS Operations for US and Mexico. His current responsibilities include establishing Ericsson’s recently announced Smart Factory in Lewisville, TX. The factory will be a fully automated lighthouse facility showcasing 5G use cases that support the Industry 4.0 environment. Henrik brings over 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles from manufacturing and supply chain management in the telecommunications, automotive, and contract manufacturing services industries across a worldwide geography.
