Hemant has spent 25+ years in the refining and petrochemical/chemical industry working with some of the largest operating companies in the world. He has extensive experience in consulting and implementing software solutions as a software solutions provider and as a process technology licensor to drive business and operational improvements. Hemant has been at Honeywell for 16 years in various leadership roles including solution consulting, product management, sales, and as a regional business leader. He is currently responsible for developing and implementing digital solutions for refining and petrochemical/chemical customers. In his role, he helps clients to develop and operationalize their OT digitization strategy. Before joining Honeywell, he worked at Axens, a process technology licensor, as North Americas business leader for its process performance business unit. Hemant started his career at Aspen Technology as an APC engineer and worked in various technical and sales leadership roles for its refining, petrochemicals customers.
