He possesses a unique combination of a strong technical background coupled with exceptional leadership and communication skills. He has developed high impact corporate programs, strategies, roadmaps, frameworks, and delivered effective engineering solutions in the areas of process automation, integrated manufacturing operations management (iMOM), knowledge management (KM), and innovation. Fayez is a board member of the Manufacturing Enterprise Solutions Association (MESA International), founder and chairman of MESA Middle East and the Process Industries working groups. He has a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University, USA.
