Eric is the division manager for R&D at Windtest in Grevenbroich, Germany and the vice president of Windtest North America. Windtest provides a wide range of accredited services related to wind measurement and supports wind park developers, banks, and insurance agencies with services like site assessment, technical due diligence, noise prognosis, shadow cast prognosis, and technical inspections. Eric has been working with Windtest since 1997. In his R&D role Eric is involved with mechanical loads, power curves, grid integration, measurement systems, software development, and small wind turbines. In his business and executive roles Eric has participated with more than 200 worldwide projects involving power performance, condition monitoring, loads analysis, electrical characteristics, grid integration, and noise measurement. He has provided extensive lectures and training on wind technology.
