An experienced cybersecurity expert, Dror spent over 15 years in elite cyber units of the Israeli Defense Forces, including the famed 8200 and Matzov (IDF infosec unit), where he oversaw cyber risks and created mitigation roadmaps for various projects and systems. Following his military career, Dror served as the first CISO of the Israel National Cyber Security Authority, overseeing the IL CERT and other national cybersecurity projects. Since 2019 Dror has served as the CISO and DPO of SolarEdge Technologies, a leading manufacturer of smart PV inverters, managing both the cyber policies and SecOps for the company.
