How Effective Is Your Digital Transformation Planning?
Digital transformation provides the pathway to success for industrial, infrastructure, and smart city organizations. Yet, mistakes and dead-end investments are all too common. Industrial owner/operators need digital transformation-specific planning methods to ensure initiatives are aligned with business goals, grounded in operational realities, and designed to scale.
Join Digital Transformation Council members and ARC Advisory Group analysts for a half-day meeting focused on Digital Transformation Planning and Roadmapping. Learn how to:
- Assess the organization’s capacity to transform, including pinpointing gaps and level-setting expectations
- Build a framework for identifying and prioritizing activities, as well as determining available technology pathways that might apply
- Create an execution plan that connects strategy to tactics, eliminating barriers that limit pilots and scale
Mike Carroll, Vice President of Innovation at Georgia-Pacific, will talk about how to create core competencies for digital transformation within an organization, discussing the value of involving customer perspective when undertaking initiatives such as advanced analytics.
