Diana has over 30 years' experience of advising on complex international projects, with a focus on the energy sector. Her experience covers a wide range of issues, including upstream oil and gas, LNG, energy management, electricity and renewables, including leading HFW's team of lawyers advising the national oil company of a major oil producing state for over 14 years. Diana has a special interest in digitalization and is a member of the Legal Roundtable for the National Digital Twin, contributing her expertise on the energy industry and legal issues arising from the digital transformation the industry is currently undergoing. She previously worked in industry with British Gas Exploration and Production (now part of Shell), following which she was General Counsel of Dalkia, the UK energy branch of Veolia Environment.
