Dan has led the ei3 business development process for the last four years, leading OEM and plant level customers through the change management process that occurs with digital transformation. Before joining ei3 Dan spent six years leading Milacron's aftermarket team, where he met ei3 and helped lay the initial groundwork for Milacron's digital transformation. Prior to that Dan spent eleven years with Macy's leading global multi site contact center operations, after completing the Macy's executive development program.
