As the Lead in the Americas for Reliability and Asset Management, Brendon’s primary responsibilities include oversight of Junior and Senior Reliability Engineers (REs) assigned to accounts through the RCM platform. Brendon works with account leadership to understand reliability engineering and asset management principles to demonstrate value for their clients. Brendon liaises between the Engineering Product organization and platform REs assigned to accounts to provide standardized tools and process to help our clients realize their asset management objectives. His team directly supports transitioning and advancing accounts through their journey within reliability and asset management. Brendon attended the University of Central Florida where he received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He’s also earned a Master of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University. Brendon is an active member of the Reliability Leadership Foundation, Reliability Leadership Institute, and Mobius Connect.
