With over 32 years of experience, Bireswar currently heads the Customer Services Business Unit of Digital Industries at Siemens. He is responsible for the development of the Digital Enterprise & Services business, focusing on digital transformation of industries, with consulting, implementation and optimization as the key deliverables. At Siemens he has been responsible for various businesses including medium & low voltage motors and converters across different industry verticals. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata and has completed management programs from IIM-A, IIM-B, and Indian School of Business, among others.
