Mr. Goswami has over 33 years of experience in various power plants spearheading commissioning, operation and maintenance of 660/800 MW units. He has also been involved in Project Construction as a professional manager, strategic planner and business leader, and has led several initiatives for achieving operational excellence. His core accomplishments include building capacity addition with focus on renewable energy, implementation of Safety Policy-2016, and commissioning of units of 2x660 MW at Khargone STPP. He has introduced various strategies in power plant operations and conceived the idea of SARTHI, a Digital Asset Management system. He holds a B.E. (Electrical) from BIT, Ranchi and a Master’s in Business Administration from IGNOU.
