Alejandro is a seasoned entrepreneur and avid promoter of e-mobility. In 2014, he developed the aFLoat program to accelerate the adoption of public-charging stations and to promote EV driving as the most effective way to reduce transportation-related CO2 emissions. Today this program has been rebranded as Electric Vehicle Charging as a Service (EV CaaS) and remains one of the most widely implemented solutions across convenient urban locations. Customer base includes municipalities, fleet operators and owners of real estate such as office and apartment buildings, hospitals, recreational facilities and parking garages in Florida and Texas. To date, OBE Power’s owned and operated EV charging network has accumulated over 100,000 charging sessions and generated savings of thousands on metric tons greenhouse gases to its customer base.
