Since joining Evonik in 2006, Tracey has held various roles in engineering, process optimization, site management and directing operations in the US, Germany, Spain, and China. In his current position as the Director of Technology Deployment and Digitalization for the Process Technology and Engineering group in North America, he relies on those global operational and manufacturing experiences to identify, pilot, and implement technologies that generate sustainable value for Evonik worldwide.
