Trained as a mechanical engineer, Tom has spent 20 years in traditional technology sectors from industrial automation and controls, automotive, telecommunications, semiconductor, medical, and oil & gas markets. He has held global, operational roles for privately held, private equity, and public companies up to $500m in revenues, as well as a couple of startups in Silicon Valley. Tom enjoys change, the digital transformation in his own team, and pursues new business models that result from the platform revolution.
