Steve has 37 years of industry experience, 30 of those working in oil and gas. For the past 8 years he worked for BP Upstream as the VP of Continuous Improvement and Transformation and the VP of Reliability and Maintenance for Upstream Operation. In addition to his time at BP, Steve worked for ExxonMobil for 17 years alternating between site and central roles, Hess for 3 years at the HOVENSA refinery, and he spent 2 years working in mining.
