Stefan specializes in machinery, discrete industries, and economic modeling and forecasting. He is responsible for three of ARC's global market research studies, co-author of ARC's quarterly Automation Index report, and ARC's Capital Expenditures report.
Stefan has a diploma in Political Science with majors in Political Sociology and Political Systems, as well as a minor in business studies. He studied at the Otto Friedrich University in Bamberg (Germany) where he focused on statistical and empirical analysis of public and political opinions as well as the analysis of political systems with a focus on Eastern European countries.
