Peter focuses on the use of technology in the human way by using the Situational Awareness approach. He was one of the leaders of the organizational change to get the operation more process and project oriented. Peter developed the next step in maintenance by using smart technology. Asset health, RCM, analytics, IIoT, and operations management are the building blocks he uses.
