Pat joined Stratasys in January 2014, in his tenure he has led go-to-market strategy, America’s sales teams, and most recently he is leading the products and solutions team in the Americas. Pat started his career as one of the first Unix systems engineers at IBM and has spent his career in a variety of positions centered around disruptive technology. He served two tours of duty at IBM, totaling 18 years in a variety of sales, product management and consulting roles. He served as the vice president of sales and marketing for Siemens’ Smart Grid Division in the US and was also a vice president at 3 Silicon Valley software startups before joining Stratasys. In his career, Pat has secured venture funding totaling over $20 million, acquired and sold numerous companies. In addition to many years of sales and marketing awards, in 2009 the team that Pat led at IBM was awarded the National Medal of Technology and Innovation by President Barack Obama for the impact their product had on energy efficient design and the future of computing.
