Mat has over 42 years' experience in downstream R&D and line positions in refining and marketing. At Reliance Industries, he has held a variety of positions and implemented several downstream technology, operations, and business and petroleum retail projects across India. He has developed a platform for application of VR/AR in competence development and assurance. At ExxonMobil and UOP, Mat held a variety of responsibilities including technology and business development and implementation, strategy planning, and technical services management at refining site including operations, maintenance, reliability, QAQC, and capital and environmental projects.
