Meryl is a sustainability leader, working at the heart of businesses transforming to help mitigate the interlinked crises of climate change and biodiversity loss. She is currently leads the strategic definition and delivery of bp’s goals to “care for our planet”. She’s been at bp for 15 years in strategy and transformation roles across digital and R&D. Latterly, she was part of the founding team of bp’s Advanced Mobility Unit, who were defining the future strategic direction for bp in mobility. Meryl moved into bp’s first acquisition in electric mobility – bp pulse, the UK’s leading electric vehicle charging company – initially leading on strategy and then as CTO.
