Juan is responsible for control system lifecycle program management and engineering support for company business strategies. In his more than six years at Aera, he has served also in many senior facilities engineering roles including managing PLC migrations, designing environmental health and safety programs, and implementing process control systems. Prior to joining Aera, Juan spent more than 14 years as an Instrument, Control and Power Engineer on major capital projects for Chevron, where he was responsible for implementing new technology and SCADA projects.
