NNAISENSE
Jonathan holds a PhD from the renowned Swiss AI Institute IDSIA and is the Director of Deep Learning at NNAISENSE, a Swiss startup bringing AI to industrial process inspection, modeling, and control. His main interest is in the application of machine learning to computer vision, pattern recognition, graphs and time-series analysis with over 5000 citations in this field. The algorithms he developed for the leading steel manufacturer, ArcelorMittal, were the first application of deep learning to heavy industry. He serves as reviewer and program committee member for the top machine learning and computer vision conferences and journals (NeurIPS, PAMI, JMLR, IJCV, IJCAI).
