Jim has over 35 years of factory automation experience guiding customers in applying automation solutions to improve their equipment and processes. He started his career with Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Automation Drive Systems Business focused on the printing, converting and packaging industries. This included understanding the problems OEMs and production operations were trying to solve with their equipment or processes, while providing complete automation solutions. These opportunities have allowed him to work in a multitude of roles including sales, marketing, product development, and project management. Jim is passionate on applying the latest technology in a safe and sustainable manner, along with understanding where it can drive efficiencies across an organization.
