Jim is responsible for leading the factory organization and aligning the team to execute on key financial, business and operational objectives. These include areas such as safety, quality, delivery, efficiency, and new-product program execution. Jim joined John Deere in 2001 after 10 years in the United States Marine Corps. His service encompassed 7 years of active duty, including deployments as an infantry officer with the 1st Marine Division based in Camp Pendleton, California.
