Henri’s responsibilities include leading the Toshiba toner production and technical teams, with the goal of delivering key operational objectives such as machine availability and toner cartridge volumes as well as supervising new projects. Since the beginning of the digital transformation of the toner production process, Henri has contributed to a successful transformation by helping the production teams acquire the skills and confidence to use these new tools and by providing end-user experience feedback to the process engineering team.
