Bayshore Networks
Francis is the founder of Bayshore Networks and remains the company’s Chairman of the Board. Prior to Bayshore, he founded Tempest Software, a developer of middleware products for advanced enterprise applications, and Heldenleben Corp., developer of HeldenPort, the world’s first compiler for graphical 4GL. Previously, Francis held senior technology positions at the Bank of New York, New York Life Insurance Company, and other major corporations.
