Armando leads corporate engineering support in electrical, instrumentation, control systems, and advanced control, and digitalization. He has over 21 years of experience as engineer, manager, and strategy and operations consultant. Prior to LyondellBasell, Armando held positions with ExxonMobil in engineering and operations in the refining business. As a strategy and operations consultant with Turner, Mason & Company and A.T. Kearney, he led multiple engagements in Latin America, Africa, Europe, Asia, and North America’s energy, mining, and transportation industries.
